We’re proud to highlight the incredible impact that Cobra Coffee’s IGNITE Store Manager Programme has had on their leadership team, with all nominees for their Store Manager of the Year Award coming from the very first IGNITE cohort!
The IGNITE Programme was designed to equip Store Managers with the skills and knowledge to lead their stores as entrepreneurial business owners. The programme combines pre-session engagement, dynamic face-to-face delivery, and practical tools that support on-the-job application. The results speak for themselves!
Cobra launched the Store Manager of the Year Award to recognise outstanding leadership, commercial excellence, and the positive impact managers have made across their teams throughout 2024, heading into 2025.
Cobra Coffee proudly shortlisted four exceptional Store Managers, each of whom has either completed or is currently participating in the IGNITE programme. Every finalist has contributed significantly to Cobra Coffee through commercial excellence, team inspiration, and by consistently living the company’s core values.
Congratulations to Hayley MacGregor from the Bognor Regis store, winning Cobra Coffee’s Store Manager of the Year! Hayley has delivered exceptional results, demonstrated inspiring leadership, and played a key role in the success of her district.
