Stepping stones to success.

Stepping stones to success.

Building a solid and stable dry stone wall with only very large stones and no smaller ones to fill in the gaps is nigh on impossible.

By the same token, building your career around only a few very major steps, runs into the same difficulty: I’ll get a job as an engineer with British Aerospace, become financially independent and then open a free school in rural Venezuela by the time I’m 60.

The vision won’t happen unless you break it down into a series of individual and specific written goals, put in some meticulous written planning and then act purposefully and proactively to accomplish each task according to the plan.
